DMCA notice

The Blade reviews copyright concerns relating to materials displayed on this website and considers properly submitted notices in good faith.

When this process applies

Use this process if you believe that text, images or other website material infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce.

Information to provide

• Your name and reliable contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work involved in the complaint.
• The specific page URL or a precise description of the material in question.
• A statement explaining why you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative or applicable law.
• A statement confirming that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, where applicable.

Review of submitted notices

Once a notice is received, the identified material may be examined and could be restricted or removed while the reported copyright issue is reviewed. Additional information may be requested if the submission requires clarification.

Counter notice

If you believe material was restricted or removed in error, you may submit a counter notice explaining the material involved, its previous location and the basis for your belief that the action was incorrect.

Repeated submissions

Incomplete, abusive or repeatedly unsupported complaints may not be acted upon. Material subject to recurring copyright concerns may remain unavailable while the relevant issue is being reviewed.
